Meet Rachel Vaughan: Our new Director of Engagement

We’re excited to introduce Rachel Vaughan as the newest member of our Calvary staff! Rachel serves as our Director of Engagement. One of her main goals is to make sure no one slips through the cracks. She leads our First Impressions Team and helps individuals connect to small groups and serving opportunities within our church. Her heart is simply to get to know you and walk alongside you in your journey.

After growing up in Cenla, Rachel graduated from Oral Roberts University and has spent the last several years serving in churches, ministries, and community organizations from Louisiana to Canada. Most recently, she worked in community relations before joining the Calvary team, and she’s excited to use her experience to help us grow together.

When she’s not at work, Rachel enjoys reading, knitting, cheering on the Toronto Raptors, and spending time with her family. She also loves being outdoors and finds peace and joy near the water. We are grateful for the experience, passion, and heart for people Rachel brings to our team. Be sure to say hello and welcome her as she begins this exciting new chapter at Calvary!
