Sister's in Christ Mentoring

The Sisters in Christ Mentoring ministry is designed to follow the biblical precept of Titus 2:3-5, in which the Bible instructs mature Christian women to guide and direct women who are younger in their spiritual walk. In this ministry, a Mentor is paired with a Mentee and a Prayer Warrior is assigned to each mentoring pair, and will pray for their specific needs throughout the designated time. The mentoring pair will meet on a regular basis (every other week is suggested) for a period of six months. During that period of time, the mentoring pair will read and follow a book or workbook that will help build a stronger relationship with the Lord.

A mentor is not someone who has the answer to all of life’s questions. She is simply a woman who loves the Lord, is walking in His precepts, and is willing to offer guidance and support to another woman who wishes to grow stronger in her spiritual walk.
